“I brought in TERP for help in determining the exact cause of water intrusion when other companies could not determine the source. Kevin, his son Chase and other team members including Donald were excellent. Kevin scheduled an initial assessment to determine scope of the project, which included determining and resolving the cause of water intrusion. He provided me a fair price on a quote to treat areas affected, which included remediating mold and drying out, removing parts of the interior and exterior, and waterproof affected areas to prevent future water intrusion. They tested for mold throughout the process to ensure no future mold issues. He discovered and remedied the water intrusion source, which was the area surrounding the main septic drain pipe to the house had not been properly sealed when the house was constructed many years ago, allowing water to enter the concrete slab when there was rain and soaking up into the floor inside the house in the adjacent areas. They waterproofed both the area surrounding the septic drain line and the entire front facing exterior concrete slab from the foundation area to the siding and around the wood siding areas in the exterior of the house.
